Called Broad & James towing after a technician from another company couldn’t get the lug-nuts off. Th
e technician Mitchell from Broad & James took off the lug-nuts so quickly and put on the spare tire so I could safely drive home. He even put air in the spare tire. He was so polite and helpful. I would recommend to all my friends.

I was driving to get me something to eat one day, and I saw this repair shop next to the restaurant I
was going to. The mechanic was outside, so I decided to go up and speak with him. From the first conversation, Casey has been the most understanding and knows exactly what he is talking about. His prices are competitive and his work is top notch. His staff is amazing and I’m glad I found a shop so close that’s better than the big names! Definitely recommended.

My car wouldn’t start so I called to see about getting it towed to their garage to get looked at. The
y coordinated the towing for me the next morning, got my car in and were able to fix it same day. Luckily for me it was a relatively easy fix, compared to other things that go on with cars, but a big deal to get me back on the road. Thanks to Nate too for keeping me up to date on the process with me car!
