This place is awesome! I just bought a used f250 here, and Josh was unbelievable. After I had already
committed to buying it he went above and beyond, putting in all new brakes, undercoating it, just making sure it was a quality buy. His communication was on point and quick. He was fully transparent about some of the issues of the truck, didn’t hide anything. I really recommend this place if you are looking to buy, they will make sure you get your moneys worth!

State Automotive was thorough in their assessment of the issues with my BMW M2. After a thermostat ha
d failed, Haley was able to quickly assign a BMW-savvy technician to assess the issue and provide a competitive quote for the work. The assessment had clear photos and details on the issue. The team updated me via text and issued a work order electronically. They were able to quickly expand the work order and overnight a part after I researched another common failure mode in the cooling system while they were already performing work (i.e. "had it open"). They had the car back to me before a long road trip which was extremely important. Best of all, the team contacted me a day *after* I paid the invoice and let me know that I was eligible for a a fairly significant discount that they hadn't applied at checkout. I found that act incredibly honest and an impressive business practice. I have recommended this shop to friends and neighbors.

Roger and Paul have always done a terrific job with my tire related issues and my recent visit for a
