The dreaded "Service Engine Soon" light came on my BMW on New Year's Eve and I instinctively brought
my car to J Gramley's because of a positive experience during my prior visit. They were closed early for the holiday, but there was still a gentleman there that I was able to talk to and he diagnosed the issue.
I am very appreciative of their great customer service and passion for cars. I will definitely come back for any future maintenance/service needs.

Last week I heard a weird noise in my vehicle, so I called the Ford dealership to see if I can get it
looked at. They quoted me $250 to even look at my car, but then I found this shop. They are so friendly and very helpful, they got me in right away to take a look, diagnosed it quickly and didn’t charge me. They ordered the parts it needed and got it done! They even gave me a ride home. Would definitely recommend :)
