I inform shop of the current issue I was experiencing with my vehicle where the a/c would die in and
out, thinking it was just the switch and ask inquired about my brakes as it was a recommend service from dealership. Able to determine that it was an issue with blower motor and offered two different quotes in regards to repair (different replacement parts; new vs after market) while inspecting the brakes. Waived inspection fee for brake service, while giving information on when I can expect to replace. Didn't try to up-sale me, and offered same day service while keeping me up-to-date with calls (no app or text, great communication).

I drove across a concrete block while pulling into a parking slot at my doctor's office, and when I r
eversed my car to back away from the block, it ripped my front bumper loose across the entire front of the car. My spouse called Mile Repair the following morning, and although it would not have been a major repair, they agreed to look at the car right away. Long story short, Mile put my bumper back together and sold me a new battery all for a very reasonable price. A short time later, I picked up my car and you couldn't tell it had even been damaged.
