It’s been a couple years since we had any car issues (thankfully), but when we thought our transmissi
on was starting to act up (a big expensive job) we called Alex at Gibneys and brought it in. We were elated to hear that the transmission is fine, just needed struts (many thousand dollars less than the transmission job we were expecting). He quickly got the parts in and got us our vehicle back to us quickly. Thanks as always! Gibneys is our first and only call when we have car issues. As much as I am thankful to know a reputable shop, I appreciate even more when I don’t have to call very often ;) But honesty and consistency are what we always get when we do call.
