& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. Our Service advisor..Daniel Chavez called my wife and I at least 3 times with updates/options.He was extremely patient & helpful.If need to, I will come back??

lly know what they're doing I came in one time with my Jeep Grand Cherokee it was making a noise and the guy literally knew what it was right away it was the muffler he recommended me a muffler shop and problem was solved the vehicle has been inspected by two different mechanics one saying it was the engine and it needed a rebuilt and one of them saying it was the whole exhaust system but they were wrong. miss norma was able to take my vehicle in for warranty service. i’ve heard many stories with dealers
try to delay the warranty repairs with so little mileage left on warranty. thank you for taking my santa fe in and repair/replacing my transmission under warranty. provided me with brand new santa fe for a loaner car. my vehicle was repaired in short amount of time and was returned to me in good working order. norma kept me up to date with what was going on with repair and was very kind. thank you.
